rei.OS™ is a real estate investment operating system developed and operated by JBS Real Estate Investments LLC, 2211 5th Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44504. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information of users who access [my.reiosapp.com](https://my.reiosapp.com) and all related services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to this policy.

Directly from you: name, email, phone, business name, financial records, property data, documents, and communications.

Automatically: usage data, IP address, browser type, device info, and session cookies.

From third parties: Plaid provides bank account balances and transaction history. Google services provide only data you explicitly authorize. We never store your bank credentials.

We use your information to operate and improve rei.OS, sync financial accounts via Plaid, generate deal and budget reports, send transactional alerts, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use financial data for advertising.

rei.OS uses Plaid Inc. to connect your financial institutions. You interact directly with Plaid Link, governed by Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. Plaid does not share your credentials with us. Data received from Plaid is used solely to display balances, categorize project expenses, and reconcile receipts. You may disconnect your bank account at any time from your account settings.

We share data only with: (1) service providers contractually bound to our instructions (Plaid, Base44, Google); (2) legal authorities when required by law; (3) acquirers in a business transfer with prior notice; or (4) anyone else only with your explicit consent.

We protect your data with TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and regular vulnerability scanning with severity-based remediation SLAs. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.

Financial transaction data: 7 years. Account/profile data: 3 years from last activity. System logs: 1 year. Marketing data: until consent withdrawal + 30 days. Data is disposed of per NIST SP 800-88 guidelines.
